From what age can Vincobiosis® Acneic be used?
Vincobiosis® Acneic has been tested on volunteers from age 12 onwards. This was the youngest age group included in our studies. For younger children, we recommend asking your doctor for advice on its suitability for use.
Are natural ingredients used in Vincobiosis® Acneic?
The three products in the Vincobiosis® routine are over 91% natural origin.
Have the products in the Vincobiosis® Acneic range been tested on animals?
No, the products in the Vincobiosis® Acneic range have not been tested on animals, and we have the certificates confirming this. The products have been tested on volunteers with acne-prone skin.
Does the Vincobiosis® Acneic formula contain any controversial ingredients?
All of the ingredients in the formula meet the standards applicable to cosmetic products. In addition, the innovative ingredients in Vincobiosis® Acneic products have the relevant technical documentation confirming their safety.
Does the Vincobiosis® Acneic formula contain preservatives?
The facial gel cream and body lotion do not contain any preservatives in their formula. However, the characteristics of the cleansing mousse mean that it does require preservatives. Specifically, it contains benzoic acid, at the concentration approved by European Commission and FDA regulations. Benzoic acid is an ingredient naturally found in foodstuffs such as cherries, cranberries, plums, cloves and cinnamon.
Do you have documented proof that Vincobiosis® Acneic products are safe and do not attack the skin?
Both the facial gel cream and body lotion have been developed using clinical studies on volunteers with acne-prone skin. These studies have demonstrated that both products are tolerated extremely well.
Furthermore, specific tests have been conducted and confirm that none of the products in the range irritate the skin or make it more sensitive, and that they can be used even on sensitive skins.
However, as stated on Vincobiosis® Acneic product containers, if an individual develops a skin irritation when using the product, they should apply it less frequently. If the irritation continues or they get an allergic skin reaction, they should stop using the product.

Yes, no problem. Once your skin has absorbed the facial gel cream, you can use any topical cosmetics such as makeup.
Is Vincobiosis® Acneic non-comedogenic?
Yes, Vincobiosis® Acneic is non-comedogenic. The comedogenic properties of a product are clinically assessed based on studies conducted on product use. The comedogenic properties of Vincobiosis® Acneic were assessed in clinical studies conducted on volunteers with acne-prone skin, and the results were negative.
